Welcome to Circle ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Circle mobile application (the "App") and any related services provided by Styloor.
By downloading, accessing, or using Circle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Important: Circle is for informational and educational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By creating an account and using Circle, you represent that:

Harass, threaten, or harm others based on personality assessments
Share or disclose assessment results about others without their consent
Use the App to diagnose or treat mental health conditions
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or user accounts
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
Copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission
Use the App in any way that could damage or impair our services
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Circle and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by Styloor and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you create in Circle (assessment responses, notes, photos). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:

Circle is free to download and use. Some features may require in-app purchases:
All payments are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Your payment information is handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Please refer to their terms and privacy policies.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. Contact the App Store or Play Store support for refund requests.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made.
CIRCLE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Circle shall be resolved through:

Your continued use of Circle after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Styloor regarding Circle and supersede all prior agreements.
